Who We Are

Veronica Hsieh
Resident Manager

Known as “Ve” to guests and staff, this former Boston native has lived in Sonoma County for approximately five years—and promises to never leave!

Ve joined the Wilson Artisan Wineries family in early 2018. While her extensive hospitality background includes restaurant management and running a catering company with her sister-in-law, she still considers “Mom” to her two sons Joshua & Jacob as her best job ever.

For relaxation, she loves to venture to Armstrong State Park to hike among the towering redwoods, followed by some quiet time in her backyard along with her husband… and a glass of Pezzi King’s “The Jester” Zinfandel.

In her free time, along with cooking, hanging out with her family and hiking, Ve serves as a volunteer for the civilian crisis team for Sonoma County Law Enforcement agencies.

Will Case
Breakfast Chef

An identical twin, who originally hails from The Palmetto State, Will joined the team at the Grape Leaf Inn in October 2016, bringing with him over 15 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry.

A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, he understandably could never live without sharp knives, which serves to all of our advantage, as Will has quickly become known for creating gourmet masterpieces in the kitchen.

Although he loves exploring all of the beautiful places California has to offer, an ideal night would be spent on the other coast in Rockland, Maine, dining at his favorite restaurant, Primo. For dessert, a Mud Pie would be in order, washed down with a glass of Matrix Pinot Noir Reserve from the Bacigalupi Vineyard.

Apart from traveling and cuisine, Will enjoys spending time with his young daughter, Melodie, as well as farming, gardening, carpentry and watching women’s roller derby.

Tim Polk
Reservations Supervisor

A Sonoma County resident for more than 19 years, this self-proclaimed “Midwest boy” (he’s an Ohio native) joined Wilson Artisan Wineries in early 2018 after having worked at boutique hotels and small inns in both Sonoma and Napa counties for more than 10 years.

Tim enjoys cooking, is an avid home gardener, and loves to traverse local farmers markets in search of the freshest produce and unique-to-Sonoma-County cheeses, honey, smoked salmon and other food products. He also loves to chat about craft cocktails, and is on a quest to create—and drink—the perfect martini.

He lives in nearby Santa Rosa with his wife and two daughters. Does he have a favorite Wilson Artisan Wineries wine? Yes! The 2014 Wilson “Sydney” Petite Sirah, which he loves to pair with his homemade marinara sauce and homemade meatballs.

Oce Ingram
Lodging Manager

Oce (pronounced “oh-she”) grew up in the small town of Occidental, California, before venturing north to live out her college days as a Wildcat on the green grounds of Chico State. Her passion for art, literature and history drew her towards a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities.

Following graduation, Oce crossed the pond to The Emerald Isle, spending two years on organic farms and as a florist in Kilkenny, Ireland, combining her love of rich history and hospitality.

Upon her return to the Bay Area, she found herself in a similar line of work at Healdsburg SHED, before joining up with the team at Wilson Artisan Wineries.  Although Oce later moved on to a Catering Manager role with Sage Catering, she just couldn’t stay away and returned to Wilson as its Assisting Lodging Manager at the start of 2017.

The homecoming was definitely a wise one for Oce, as it reunited her with a few of her favorite wines, including deLorimier’s Reserve Chardonnay & Wilson’s Buzz Zin.

Away from the office, Oce loves to spend time in Hawaii and with family.  A few of her other favorite hobbies include art, reading, gardening, floral arranging and traveling, with Venice, Italy being one of her favorite global hot spots thus far.
