Tim Polk
Reservations Supervisor

A Sonoma County resident for more than 19 years, this self-proclaimed “Midwest boy” (he’s an Ohio native) joined Wilson Artisan Wineries in early 2018 after having worked at boutique hotels and small inns in both Sonoma and Napa counties for more than 10 years.

Tim enjoys cooking, is an avid home gardener, and loves to traverse local farmers markets in search of the freshest produce and unique-to-Sonoma-County cheeses, honey, smoked salmon and other food products. He also loves to chat about craft cocktails, and is on a quest to create—and drink—the perfect martini.

He lives in nearby Santa Rosa with his wife and two daughters. Does he have a favorite Wilson Artisan Wineries wine? Yes! The 2014 Wilson “Sydney” Petite Sirah, which he loves to pair with his homemade marinara sauce and homemade meatballs.

Oceanna Ingram
Lodging Manager

Oce (pronounced “oh-she”) grew up in the small town of Occidental, California, before venturing north to live out her college days as a Wildcat on the green grounds of Chico State. Her passion for art, literature and history drew her towards a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities.

Following graduation, Oce crossed the pond to The Emerald Isle, spending two years on organic farms and as a florist in Kilkenny, Ireland, combining her love of rich history and hospitality.

Upon her return to the Bay Area, she found herself in a similar line of work at Healdsburg SHED, before joining up with the team at Wilson Artisan Wineries.  Although Oce later moved on to a Catering Manager role with Sage Catering, she just couldn’t stay away and returned to Wilson as its Assisting Lodging Manager at the start of 2017.

The homecoming was definitely a wise one for Oce, as it reunited her with a few of her favorite wines, including deLorimier’s Primitivo & Wilson’s Molly Zin.

Away from the office, Oce loves to spend time in Hawaii and with family.  A few of her other favorite hobbies include art, reading, gardening, floral arranging and traveling, with Venice, Italy being one of her favorite global hot spots thus far.
