Tuesdays In The Plaza
Although the 2017 version of “Tuesdays In The Plaza” has come to a close, we’re already looking ahead to the Summer of 2018, when tourists and locals alike will begin to frequent the Healdsburg Plaza once again for nights of food, music and, of course, wine!
If you’re planning a trip to Healdsburg between the weekends of Memorial Day & Labor Day, be sure to add a Tuesday night to your itinerary.
You won’t regret it!
The festivities typically run from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, with the local food vendors setting up shop as early as 5:00pm.
There’s something to eat for everyone, as 2017’s vendors included The Wurst, Chalk Hill Cookery, Lola’s Market,
Three Twins Ice Cream, Sonoma Coast Shuckers, Healdsburger & Mountain Mike’s Pizza.
The musical sounds you’ll hear across the plaza will range from Jump Style Swing to Classic Jamaican & Wave Ska,
with plenty of Country & Hard Charging Americana thrown in for good measure.
Last year’s concert line-up played out accordingly:
May 30: Roy Rogers & The Delta Rhythm Kings (Slide Guitar Master)
June 6: Carlito Medrano & Sabor de mi Cuba (Cuban Folkloric)
June 13: Freddy Jones Band (Roots Rock/Pop)
June 20: Coffis Brothers & The Mountain Men (Folk/Country/Rock)
June 27: Kingsborough (Americana Roots)
July 4: Cahoots (Sonoma County Roots)
July 11: Luce (Alternative Pop Rock)
July 18: San Geronimo (Hard Charging Americana)
July 25: Soul Ska (Classic Jamaican & Wave Ska)
August 1: Stompy Jones (Jump Style Swing)
August 8; Anthony Paule Soul Orchestra (Soul Revue)
August 15: Volker Strifler (Blues Rock)
August 22: A Celebration of Latino Art & Music
August 29: Mustache Harbor (Soft Rock Explosion)
Lastly, alcohol is permitted in the park between 5:00pm to 8:00pm, but we ask that any pets are left at home.
Hope to see you on the plaza in 2018!
